7-Day Free Returns Policy

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all seals, tags, labels, and accessories intact. Any item that has been opened, used, tampered with, or is missing its original packaging or seals will not be eligible for a free return and may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion. Return requests must be submitted within the 7-day window — requests made after this period will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number before sending the item back. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet the above conditions.
